ALL ORDERS
 

1. ​Each order comes with a digital signature bookplate and a bookmark. We’re unable to offer signed bookplates anymore because Rina’s wrist issues forbid her from signing in bulk too often. They can't be personalized.

2. Orders will ship once all items in an order are available. If you want an item in an order to ship before a pre-order is available, please place two separate orders.

3. Please allow 14-21 days after shipment to receive your order if your address is within the United States and 30 days worldwide.

4. Transactions are final. No refunds or returns are allowed after shipping.

5. All prices listed on the website are in USD.

6. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a parcel ships, including on undeliverable parcels. In case of a re-delivery request, you need to pay any additional shipping fees.

7. International buyers (outside the United States): any taxes or duties imposed by the buyer's country or local government are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping rates are estimates. Any excess international postage paid will be refunded once your order is processed.

8. Cancelations and/or refunds will include a deduction of 5% for PayPal/payment processing fees as PayPal and payment processing parties retain these.

9. Please note the following are not considered damage or defects:

   • ​Dented or crushed corners smaller than 1.5cm

   • A tear/rip/cut or visible scratch on the front of the book or spine smaller than 1cm

   • Ripped or bent pages that don't affect the text on the pages

   • Scratches, marks, or residue on the back of the book

   • Issues with the top or bottom edge of the book

   • Creasing or folding on the top or bottom of the book spine—Wavy pages

10. All shipping methods other than "Bookplates Only" now have shipping insurance added in. The shipping options on the checkout page will display insurance included. Insured shipping is calculated by location and media mail with insurance is flat rate for everyone in the US. Both options are fully insured and both are only available to ensure you receive the most affordable insured shipping method possible. Choose the one that's most affordable for your shipment. All damage and missing parcel claims should be filed and handled by the buyer with the shipping provider.

11. USPS only retains tracking information for 120 days. Once USPS archives the shipping information, the buyer will have to pay USPS to retrieve the tracking information.

12. The "Bookplates Only" shipping method is available for Bookplate-only orders. Choosing this shipping method for any other order will result in a delay in processing your order while we invoice you separately for the correct shipping charges and any additional payment processing fees for the second payment.

LIMITED EDITION ORDERS

In addition to the terms and conditions above, the following apply to Limited Edition orders. In the event of contradictory policies, the ones listed below apply to Limited Edition orders.
 

1. All Limited Edition orders that run for a specific amount of time are nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges.​

2. All Limited Edition items are limited to one order per person, address, phone number, and payment method; multiple orders will be canceled and refunded less the payment processing fees. If you're ordering for a friend, please contact us through info@rinakent.com before you place the order.

3. Once a Limited Edition Pre-order closes, it will not be reopened. Limited Edition titles will not be reprinted. Once all existing orders are filled, any remaining stock will be added to the store as overstock. They can only be purchased once they are added to the store.

4. Themed bookmarks are only guaranteed with orders that were placed during the initial pre-order period of December-March for the Limited Edition Foil Hardcover Legacy of God titles. We had more books than bookmarks. After the initial pre-orders are shipped, the orders receiving the themed bookmarks is random. We don’t have any extra themed bookmarks.

5. If one of your books has a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days to contact us at info@rinakent.com to file a claim. Please include your order number, name on the order, email, and photos when reaching out to our support team. All damage and missing parcel claims should be filed and handled by the buyer with the shipping provider.

6. Please note the following are not considered damage or defects:

   • ​Dented or crushed corners smaller than 1.5cm

   • A tear/rip/cut or visible scratch on the front of the book or spine smaller than 1cm

   • Ripped or bent pages that don't affect the text on the pages

   • Scratches, marks, or residue on the back of the book

   • Page bleeding or unevenly sprayed edges

   • White spots or scratches on sprayed/stencilled edges or issues with the top or bottom edge of the book

   • Creasing or folding on the top or bottom of the book spine—Wavy pages

   • Slightly blurry stenciled/digitally printed edges

7. All replacements or refunds will be at the discretion of our customer support team. We reserve the right to deny a replacement for any person abusing the return policy for profiteering.

8. If your tracking number shows as delivered, your shipment is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

9. If you provided the wrong address on the order, your shipment is not eligible for a refund or replacement.​

10. Please note the shipping estimates for the Limited Edition titles:

• Limited Edition God of Malice Foil Hardcover: All original Pre-orders have shipped. First Run Overstock copies are shipping now.

• Limited Edition God of Pain Foil Hard Cover: Sold out. All orders shipped.

• Limited Edition God of Wrath and God of Ruin Foil Hard Covers Bundle: Sold out. All orders shipped. 

• Limited Edition God of Fury and God of War Foil Hard Covers Bundle: October 2024. Original Pre-orders have all shipped. Orders are being shipped in the order they were received. The initial overstock has been added to the store and sold out, and is shipping now. The remaining overstock will be added to the store after all pre-orders have shipped. We are currently processing orders from 9/11/24. Thank you for your patience.

• Legacy of Gods Luxury Bundle: January/February 2025​. Pre-order period has closed. Awaiting production and shipment.
